Only one side of my Gyre works... How do I fix it?

The gyre has a single shaft that runs from one side of the pump to the other side. This means that it is not possible for only one side of the motor to work. Please remove the impeller and inspect if for signs of damage, debris or buildup. Make sure all parts are present and in good condition. The white shaft should remove from the magnet and in one piece. If it does not remove soak the impeller in a solution of vinegar and water till theyseparate. Inspect the inner cavity of the pump with a flashlight and check for any foreign objects. Below shows all the parts of your impeller.
