Maxspect limitations with hydros

I have had several issues with one pump completely shutting off bit on the app it says its running, it only occurs in random flow setting. It seems like Hydros is limiting the capabilities and controllability of the pumps

I have 2 on the right side (return nozzle side) and 1 on the left cant get the flow right.

I am running all at 40% in gyre mode and they only go to 25% on the low end and 40% on the high...Cant get lower than 25%?

Frustrated!
