Please remove the impeller and inspect if for signs of damage, debris or buildup.
Make sure all parts are present and in good condition. The white shaft should remove from the magnet and in one piece. If it does not remove soak the impeller in a solution of vinegar and water till they separate. Inspect the inner cavity of the pump with a flashlight and check for any foreign objects.
