Called NAWS who I bought the ballast from they said to call and ask you first. I have a 660 ballast that will sometimes not come on with a timer. it will shut off with the timer but the days it does not come on I have to unplug it and plug it back in then it works. At first I thought it was a bad timer. I have tried 2 different timers and still get intermittant results. Is there something else I can check? I bought the ballast on 7 July 2014.

Have you tried another outlet? Sounds like the ballast isn't getting enough power.

I have used the same setup as the old ballast along with the new one. It has been working fine sine July when I replaced it. I have not added any other equipment on that circuit.
