Hello everyone,
If your having issues with the water level in the second chamber going to high or overflowing just remove the sponge twords the bottom of the drain pipe. I could not figure out why the water level would not drop and after hours decided to remove that sponge. Works like a charm now. Hope this saves someone the hours of aggravation and lack of support info to fix this issue.
