I received two Maxspect Jump Lights last week. I can't connect my router to the light nor can I connect the App to the light. I've tried going into my router to change the frequency to 2.4GHz, change the security and pretty much everything else. I can't connect to the APP...Can you help me? It's a very frustrating situation.
