I have a maxspect razor 420R that all the blue lights stopped working on at the same time, there is also some melting of the plastic around the area where the power cord enters the fixture so I assume related to this?

The driver board is at the end where the power enters the fixture, the other end is the control board. I just need to see the driver board end.

The driver coil has failed on your Maxspect Razor. We have a kit that I can send you with all of the replacement parts necessary to return your Razor to working condition. The repair is very easy, all that is needed is a Phillips head and small flathead screwdrivers. Otherwise you can return the Razor to us and we will perform the service for you.

Replacement parts to ship to you are $75.00 + shipping, in house service by CoralVue are $100.00 + return shipping. Pricing is for each unit.

Those photos will work. I can see that your B2 P actinic chips have failed as they have brown circles around them and should be white. The LED pads need to be replaced as well. They can be purchased on our website using the following link if you'd like to do the repair yourself.

(the 15000k pads have replaced the 16000k pads that you have in your Razor)

We also offer the repair service for $100 plus return shipping. If you would rather send it into us for service, I will give you 50% off the repair since you already purchased the driver board kit.

The Razor has a 1yr warranty. Out of warranty repairs are $100 plus shipping. Please include a copy of your invoice from ordering the driver board and we will credit you that amount toward the cost of the repair.

We will contact you for payment once your Razor is repaired and ready to ship back to you.
