We have the Razor 16k fixture (SN R4A16K-1308-8224) that has experienced the outer blue lights not working. The inner LEDs all function properly but the outer diodes have stopped. This seems to be a common problem but we wanted to get your advice as to how to proceed.

I believe one or more of the LED boards may have a bad chip that is draining the power on the blue channel. Please let me know if you are willing to open up the Razor, remove the lens cover and take photos of all three LED boards.

Razor service manual attached.

I recommend replacing the LED pads.

If you are willing to send in for service we will replace all LED pads and upgrade to the 120 degree reflectors for $100.00 + $20.00 return shipping.

Otherwise you can purchase the LED pads / reflectors and install yourself.

The 15000K version replaced the 16000K.

Sending it in for repair may be our choice since we would need to replace three pads and relectors. Where do we send it and how is the payment handled? Do you invoice us or do we send payment with the unit?

We were unable to do this last year but still have the same issue on two units. Are we still able to do this or do we need an additional return ticket? Thanks.
