I do have the new regal 200 external
Can I upgrade the skimmer pump to the rodc5500s.
Nothing wrong with my skimmer pump just want more power.

Unfortunately that will be too much pump for the skimmer body. You will end up overflowing the skimmer so you will need to bring the speed down which will be the same as staying with the current RODC3500S pump.
