Kamoer x1(bluetooth) not dosing per schedule

The x1 bluetooth model does not dose per the planned schedule I have set up. Ive tried different times, did every day and even selected each week day to dose. I have it set on 12 dosing times for a total of 8mL through out the day. Ive sat by my pump for a couple hours to see if the time schedule was off(didnt dose), checked the volume remaining after i had returned home for work(no change). Does the pump have to have constant bluetooth connection with my phone to keep its schedule? Im lost on whats wrong and have to use the manual dose feature to meet my tanks needs.

The x1 should keep its programming as long as you save after changing. I suspect that the doser is malfunctioning

I am currently experiencing a similar problem. The planned program will run once and then will stop dosing. I have watched my doser to confirm that it is not running the program.

Hi anyone can help me with the same problem? I did everything and nothing work. I reinstalled the app several times, I scheduled manually and nothing, I tried the quick plan and nothing. This is driving me crazy. I think I lost my money with this pump.
