What skimmer is this and what is missing

Putting together a 58G tank with a 20G Tall sump for a friend. He bought the following skimmer on Craigslist along with a bunch of other items.

Questions:
1. What model and rating is this skimmer?
2. Where can I get a gate valve for this skimmer?
3. Is there anything else missing from what you can see in the pic (besides the collection cup which I do have but is not in pic)

You have there an old NWB110 skimmer. That skimmer is about 10 years old and we no longer have any parts for it. From what the old timers here at CoralVue tell me, that skimmer was probably rated for a tank no larger than 75 gal.

Unfortunately, we no longer have or make any of the parts.
