Just set this system up using required dedicated pump and 90gph air supply to a red sea ozone generator 200 - I have a 300 gallon system how long before my orp starts to rise virtually no difference in a week

How long have you been using the probe? Where is the probe located? How much water are you feeding through the reactor? Can you get a video of it running? Without the reactor running does it seem like a good amount of air is pulling through the generator and air drier?

The probe has been in the tank in same place for nearly 3 weeks it is at rear of tank not in direct flow though
Running eheim compact+ 3000 which is about 800gph

Output goes through a large amount of carbon in a deltec 512 reactor.

Air through generator seems same as output through aqua medic 300 air pump. How do I attach video?

To attach a video just click the paperclip icon in the lower right corner. The output should be open and just drain over a bed of activated carbon. Reactors will cause back pressure raising the water level higher than the exhaust output on the side of the reactor.

It's a high spec reactor I have to back off on the reactor tap to raise level to 2" below exhaust output. Can't do video yet as it's early 23:30 here will post tomorrow. Thanks for the input Jeremy

The reactor may be the issue of not processing enough water or not allowing the correct dwell time within the reaction chamber. The unit is designed to not be under pressure and is why the output of the reactor is 1.25" and does best when it is open just allowing the water to flow over a bed/bag of carbon. I will await for your video. thanks.

Hopefully this gives you some detail. I have disconnected the carbon reactor.

Happy new year to you Jeremy

Allow the water to drain from the exhaust reactor. It should have a little water sitting in the inner cup but the outer one should drain into the sump. Also see if you can get actual 1.25" tubing for the output. This will allow you to run more water and have more control if needed. Do you have an air drier on the generator?

There is an air dryer on the input. Not sure why it wouldn't drain out as the tube goes to the sump as required. The pump is on full flow and the stop valve on the reactor has to be shut a fair way to allow the water to be backed up to 2" below exhaust port (sounds like star wars...) Does it need more flow?

You can defiantly provide it with more flow but what you are providing it now should be fine. The more flow you provide it the louder the unit will become. I ran mine just about at the same pace as you presented in the video. It will take some time before ORP numbers will drop. Before then you should notice the water getting clearer. As for the carbon exhaust filter. Lift the tube from the bottom of the filter out of the water to drain and place back in, maybe not as deep. Also I found those discs are a pain to deal with and removed after the initial testing. They absorb water and block flow, the carbon in the cup is all I found necessary to filter out 03.
