I would recommend the XF230. Having two pumps would allow you to alternate the flow coming from both sides but it really is a matter of personal preference as far as how many you have. We also have the Reef Octopus Pulse flow pumps coming out very soon and the Pulse 2 would also be an excellent option for that size tank.
