Varios 2 not working

I’m not using a float switch or apex, yet both the FS status light and the 0-10v lights are on. I turned off the pump to clean and now these lights are on and it will not work. I’ve tried disconnecting everything as well as connecting the float switch. When on and open the light turns off, but the pump still will not work. This pump is less than 6 months old.
