We have not gotten the collection cup back yet. Have you tracked it? What skimmer do you have, so when I get the collection cup in I can send out your replacement.

I'll check tracking tonight , you sent prepaid label. I sent back and emailed you letting you know I received label and sent cup back because I was sent wrong one. You said had to order new one, are you saying you have it and as soon as you get the return you'll send our correct cup? You should have it though, shouldn't take 3 weeks for shipping. Yes we have received the collection cup. We are waiting on conformation on the collection cup that we had to special order for you. I should know a status on it 3/20 because they are over seas.
