Hello,

I have a ReefOctopus 200 and I need a replacement piece for it. The magnet broke and so the piece its on needs to be replaced. I have a photo of the skimmer to show you which one it is. I was hoping I could talk to somebody on the phone but there is no phone number listed.

Thanks,

Jordan

Can you please take a picture of the broken part and attach it to this ticket? Also, how old is the skimmer and where did you purchase it from?

I purchased it used from a store. I am not sure how old it is. The magnet on the red needles part is broken. I dotty think anything is wrong with the motor, but please send me prices for each of the following.

The red piece with magnet and housing.

The motor

Just the red piece with magnet.

Thanks

The pump is not under warranty because you purchased it used but if you give me the model number on the back of the pump, I can point you to the right replacement part so you can purchase it.

There is no product info on the pump.... It looks like there may have been a sticker at some point though. What do we do now?

What is the model number of the skimmer you are running? Can you send us a photo of the skimmer so we can see which one you are using?

Let me know what each piece will cost. I may do the pump as well. I noticed that the cord was stripped a little near the pump.
