How do I get the connecting process to go past 60%. I am using the 2.5 ghz Wi-Fi & correct password. I read in a comment from a you tube video to contact coralvue because there is a simple fix to update the firmware. Can you please advise me?

Figured it out. Browsed Kamoer Facebook page and read post about Wi-Fi solution. Followed link to You Tube video. I followed the instructions and updated firmware. Fixed my problem. NOTE: my YouTube searches didn’t produce the video. The video is on the Kamoer channel and called, “The solution to “binding failed iotld is blank” issues of Kamoer remote APP”. The video just plays music and you need to read the instructions on the screen.
