I took the 1K apart and soaked it in a vinegar solution. There are 4 washers that came apart from somewhere after the soaking. The maintainence video on your site for the 3k does not address the washers so I'm not sure where to put it.

The washers go on each side of the magnet shaft (impeller) and sit up against the magnet part of the impeller, 2 on each side.

Unfortunately we do not sell just the washers, you will have to purchase a new shaft which comes with the washers.
