Ok so I have been running my biochurn with 200ml of biospheres for 3-1/2 weeks
And today I added another 200ml (it's a 150 gallon tank with a thirty gallon sump)
I noticed that the pump it came with is adjustable and I have it running a full power
The biospheres are churning around nicely not clumping or anything but they are moving
Kinda fast is this ok? Or should I dial the pump down? Any help would be appreciated

It should be ok. As long as the water is gently overflowing the top of the reactor and the pellets are not being pushed up to the top, it should be fine.
