ICV6 will not connect to Router

Just received my ICV6 today.
2.4 GHz Router/Channel
Does not connect. Times out.

I can connect via ICV6 to phone. But not through the router.

Any help? Ability to connect with this on my network is a must. I can't be switching to direct mode(ICV6 to phone) every time I need to change something. Was about to order a Recurve but I can't if I am forced to change my phone's WiFi access every time I want to tinker with my pumps or a new light.

I would suggest try to switch to WEP just temporarily and see if it works. If it does work then you know that the WPA2 setting you currently have is not compatible.

The unit will only run in 2.4GHz network so please make sure that you are connecting to that. if you are trying to connect to 5GHz, it wont work. Also make sure that your encryption is WPA2 with AES (WPA2-AES). We have seen issues when people try to connect to WPA2 with AES and TKIP (WPA2-AES/TKIP).

Again, Who do I contact for tech support etc? I need to work this out today. I'm off today and need to get it working or return all of the maxspect products. I chose maxpsect and paid the higher price for this very feature. I like to sit on my couch and make adjustments. :)

One last thing, make sure that your router has UPnP enabled. We have seen some issues when it is disabled.
