Just purchased the K1-200. Installed in my sump and turned on. The motor runs fulling the whole unit with water but no bubbles. There is no suction being created.

Are you running it in salt water or fresh water?

Salt Water. Water levels are within recommended height.

Did you check to make sure that the airline is attached to the pump? Did you make sure that the venturi adapter is not broken and the airline is not attached to the pump itself? If the pump is running but no bubbles are being produced, that means the air is not getting to the pump. Either the airline is not attached somehow or the airline is kinked.
