Maxpect Ethereal Re installing

Hi, So i had installed two Maxpect Ethereal lights with the ICV6 controller over a year back. At that time it was all working fine. However recently i found out that one of the light systems was not following the time schedule i had set or the colour spectrum (FOWLR). So i went back to the app to fix things and found out that this light was not showing up on my paired items. I tried resetting it many times but it just doesn't reset anymore. In my eagerness to fix things i reinstalled the ICV6 app on my android phone again and tried to see if anything was better. But then i found out that the other light too wouldn't show up on the ICV6 app. The message said it could be because the fixture is linked to another ICV6 controller and had to reset the light. So i tried resetting the other light too, but same story, it just does not reset.
Now i have two lights which i cannot control. Only the ICV6 module is pairing with my phone. Anything i can do to fix this?

Most likely you will need to hard reset the actual ethereal fixture (not the ICV6).

To reset the Ethereal, just disconnect power, press and hold the control dial then reconnect power. Once the power has been resumed while the control dial is pressed, you can see the RGB light flashing red and green, then let go of the control dial, then press and hold it for 5 seconds, the Ethereal is now
reset.

Hi there,
As i had mentioned in my original comments i have tried hard resetting the light fixture first. i tried the methods you have mentioned to hard reset the light, but nothing happens. No lights flashing.
