I have noticed that bump B on the fire controller is off. I turn the controller on and off, the bump stays on for 5 seconds then turns off again and remain off.
I swapped the cables between A and B still same issue.
I inspected all cables and everything seem fine.
Any idea what could be wrong?

Most likely your propeller bushings are worn and need to be replaced, if you have an extra set swap them out and see if that fixes the issue. If you don't have any you can purchase some here: https://www.coralvue.com/maxspect-gyre-propeller-bushings
