Varios 2 Eco or Max only

I was able to run all 5 levels of the pump, did a tank breakdown and left pump in a bucket of RO while I moved the tank, hooked everything back up and now I can only run in ECO or Max and lights that are normally blue are orange, pump is running. Also noticed FS Off/On is orange when off and green when on, pumps turns off when green as expected, I read that when FS is off there should be no light at all? Took pump apart and cleaned and inspected everything, nothing stands out. Cycled power different ways also, I dont understand what's going on?
