X2 failed during installation (userid)

I am trying to add my x2 to my hydros account. It says failed to install userid. I tried to power cycle the x2 and force close my iOS app (I did this 3 times). Once I seen it in my account under the name I made but when I click on it I started to have issue on the 3rd check mark and ended up restarting again. I am using the correct wifi password and I am only 20ft away from my access point so wifi is not the issue. What else do I need to do to fix this problem.
