When it becomes available the Maxspect Gyre Generator I would like to get one but I have a concern before buying one.
Has this product been tested on power surges or electrical outages?
I have all my equipment on surge protectors but one of my wave makers control box got messed up after three power outages.
So I just want to make sure that when spending $300 that it will still work after either one power surges or electrical outages from storms.

The Gyres do not connect directly to the wall. They are connected via a power adapter so surges (to some extent of course) would die right at the power adapter. Just like any other electrical product, it can only take so much and it is not 100% bullet proof.
