I got a notification that my collective was broken last night. The collective consists of two XP8 power bars and an X4 Controller. Power Bar number 2 was not responding. This morning I did a factory reset on it using a magnet and it is stuck in the purple chasing LED. I tried unplugging it from the wall and it continued doing the same even when unplugged, which I assume is due to an internal power supply. Power Bar 2 will not show up when I tried to add a new device. What do I need to do?
