Connecting 2 gyres to Apex

I'm having trouble connecting 2 XF150 gyre's to my apex. Currently I have them both running off the Y cable into an icecap module. One works great, and the other is on full blast. The apex coding isn't working properly on the 2nd one. If I try to connect the 2nd gyre to a 2nd icecap module separately, it blinks red and doesn't function at all.
I believe my programming is fine as I copy pasted from a BRS video. I think the problem is in my physical connection? Any advice or diagrams for hooking up 2 gyres through icecap would be appreciated.
