I purchased the diablo 250 ext on Boxing Day. I was really excited about it but it hasn't worked properly since the day I set it up. Chalked it all up to break-in. I finally realized that somehow the pump is....losing power somehow? I tune it leave the house....come home and the water levels dropped like 4 inches. If I hit feed it comes back up. This is now happening on a daily basis. Extremely frustrated that it hadn't skimmed properly for 5 months now. I don't know what to do....help?
