My gyre seems to be producing fine bubbles.I am unable to understand how this is possible as it is submerged at all times.Is this a problem encountered by anyone else?

How long has the pump been in operation? It is common for the pump to release some micro bubbles for a duration after first installing or after a good cleaning.

This happened to me as well. Running the pump backwards for a time then forward again solved the problem.
