The dosing pumps are not entirely intended to push but more to draw. Kamoer suggest going no long than the amount of tubing supplied with the doser for best results either way.

My hope was to be able to put the pumps in the cabinet under the tank, draw/push, etc up to the tank, no longer than the included tubing.
