I installed the ATO to refill water in my sump. My reservoir is a 2 1/2 gallon container that sits above my sump. I turned the system on, but when the water level dropped in my sump, rather than pump water, the audible alarm turned on. I have checked all my connections and the impeller on the pump, but everything seems correct. I tried to push and hold the reset button to manually fill, but that doesn't work either. Instead, the alarm continues to beep. Help please! Jon

When the alarm goes off, can you please check if the red light is flashing slowly or is it flickering fast? Have you also checked the connection on the pump itself? Also, how far up is the pump pushing water? Did you trim the line to shorten it or did you just loop it?

If not, I will try remember what I said before. The blue light stays on steady, and the red light flashes a little faster than once per second.
I only needed about 18" of tubbing, so there should be no issue with the pump, and it is securely plugged in. Also, the anti-syphon piece is above the water level and installed correctly.
