I bought an impeller for my BB 1000 on Nov'13 from Premium Aquatics and yesterday I noticed that my skimmer is not working. When verified, I saw the shaft was broken. I need to know if this type of situation is covered under warranty.

Please use the "Submit a Ticket" on the right and fill out as much information as possible. Please include proof of purchase of the pump and also the pump's serial number.
