Directions

I setup the ATO and it has the 2 lights that I dont know what they do The directions do not explain what lights should be on during which function. I watched a video on youtube and it said that when the unit is topping off both the red and the blue light would be flashing at the same time. When it stopped filling both lights remained on solid which makes me think the pump is still trying to run. The water line still draws water out of resevoir after pump is off even though I have the siphon beak installed correctly.
