Does the IceCap battery backup work with eFlux Loop pumps?

I just purchased an IceCap battery backup, and tried to link it to an eFlux Loop DC main pump (24V). The battery charges and displays a constant green light, and the pump will run when everything is connected properly as long as power is being supplied from the wall, but when the power is cut from the wall, the battery does not kick in. I get a blinking red light on my pump controller, that I'm assuming is from some sort of voltage or current mismatch. Is there anything I can do to make the backup work with this pump? Thanks.

You will need to contact the manufacturer of the pump and ask them if the controller on the pump is compatible with a backup pump. The battery is just that, a battery. How the pump reacts when it is connected to a battery is based on the programming inside the controller. If the manufacturer took into account battery backups and programmed the pump accordingly, then the pump will work with the battery. If the manufacturer did not, then it wont work correctly.

Thanks, Carlos - I'll try calling Current and see what they have to say.
