SRO-1000LSS Skimmer

Currently have a 90 gallon with a 29 gallon sump Heavy stock was looking at the SRO-1000LSS skimmer, mainly because of price seems like a very good skimmer for the price point. Is it too big for my system? SRO-XP1000SSS is more in line for my size but $100.00 more then the SRO-1000LSS

I would recommend the SRO-1000LSS. The extra height and the wider neck would allow for more water to air contact.
