Ice cap 660 ballast

Thanks chris . One more issue i have is when i plug ballast in it makes a pop or ark sound when its pluged into a outlet im running four 48" t-12 110 watt VHO i have double checked wiring and on the plug side white wire to silver screw green to green screw and black wire to brass screw all lights function no problems there. I ran them for a test run for about a hour no heat at plug in wall and end of bulbs get hot but still able to touch them . I run two 250watt metal halide lights also with 500watts of juice i can plug them into the same outlet with no pop or ark sound .could it be a issue with the new 660 ballast ? Thanks for your help
