My name is Brian, I work at Adveture pets in mandeville. I bought the regulator a little over a year ago. It worked great until now. It will not stop the flow of co2 if the levals are getting too low. I tried unplugging it off my apex and it still keeps bubbling. The item number is OCT - CO2. Any help would be great thanks.

Sounds like the solenoid went out. Common thing to replace on CO2 regulators especially if the switch turns on and off a lot. I am checking with the parts department to see if they have replacement solenoids for your regulator.
