I use Kamoer FX-STP on calcium reactor as an output and I set it as 7ml. After 24 hr I notice lcd shows 9ml. 24 hours later 11.
Please advise, is it a defective pump, a known issue or I am doing something wrong?

This is very strange and have never heard or experienced anything like the issues you are experiencing. I would need to collect some information and consult with Kamoer engeneers as to what could be going on with your pump. Please submit a support ticket at support.coralvue.com with your proof of purchase, shipping address, and a photo of the back of your pump with the QR code.

I purchased it used so I don't have proof of purchase. I wonder if I even have original product. I see on ebay so many Kamoer products and I don't know if they are fake or not. How can I tell?

Unfortunately, this is an ongoing problem for us. We see many Kamoer products that are produced for other countries that will not work here in the US or other territories outside of their designated region. Usually, the pumps will not connect properly to the app or at all and are resold after the user realizes it doesn't work properly. Although you always take a risk when you purchase anything used, I have not heard of the issue you are having. Kamoer can possibly confirm the pump's origins with the QR code off the back of the pump or what could be causing the issue. My guess is that there is an issue with the control board and would suggest that you try to return the item to the original seller if possible.
