I have a Super Reef Octopus XP3000SSS skimmer that has been up and running for almost 2 years and all of a sudden the pump shut off. When it cut back on it runs but doesn't produce bubbles.

Have you taken the pump apart and inspected the impeller? Please check that the airline is not obstructed and check that the airline is properly connected to the venturi.

I clean about every 4-6 months soaking in white vinegar/ ro water mix. I have taken the cover off the front of the pump and cleaned it but didn't get any further than. The airline is connected to the Venturi properly and isn't obstructed.

I took the impeller out and inspected it, still nothing. The pump is flowing water but no bubbles.
