Giesemann vervve

I have two giesemann vervves one vervve plus and a verrve one. Recently I tried to change my settings via Bluetooth on Android app and when I hit discover to find the vervve nothing comes up. I have unplugged the vervve plus for a few and tried again and same thing so I uninstalled the app and reinstalled it and still the same thing happens any ideas of how to fix it would be nice. I know that when I pull up my Bluetooth not in the app it discovers the vervve but not in the app
