I have DC10500 pump. I run it with no problem for over 1 year.
But lately i have problems with starting up pump and performance looks like id down.
I open pump, clean up, soak in vinegar.
No changes.
when I connect power it clicks and stops.
When I mechanically move propeller it starts again.
Any suggestions??

Please use the "Submit a Ticket" link on the right and be sure to include proof of purchase and the serial number on the back of the pump.
