Infiniti Combo Ballast

I have a 48' Infiniti light 2 x 250w MH/4 x 54w T5 fixture. It is the older style that came with 2 combo ballasts Model# AC-MH250UVS. The metal halide portion on one of the ballasts quit working, while the T5 portion is still fine. This was originally owned and purchased from you by one Craig Johnson here in Clearwater,FL.. Your solution to Craig was to supply him with a THIRD ballast in order to restore full function, and between the fact that Craig was never crazy about this idea and (his words) the difficulty in getting the support to hook up the third ballast, he was willing to sell it to me .

The idea of adding a third ballast is well, kind of tacky, and because of that lowers the value of the product. I opened up the stock ballast in question and looking at the components SURELY this must be something that is repairable, (?) and I am MORE, make that WAY MORE than happy to pay someone there to do the work. Or...is it just MAYBE possible that you have one of these ballasts laying around there somewhere that again I'd be more than happy to purchase. I don't even care if it is used; my goal is to restore the uniformity in operating this light. Adding a third ballast may restore its' function, but it absolutely KILLS the value of this light. I wish to resell it and purchase an LED system. When I tell people I have a Giesemann Infiniti for sale they are all ears, then when I explain the situation with regard to the ballasts their interest instantly vanishes. Please tell me you are willing to help. Thanks...Ron

I think there is some confusion on the ballasts. What number can I call you at to discuss?

I am looking at the ballast right now and the model # does match up with what I wrote before. Where I may have screwed up is the fixture may be a Spectra and not an Infiniti. Anyhow Please call me at 727 420 7333. Best to try me in the afternoon. I live second shift hours and if you call in the A.M. I can almost guarantee you will be dealing with my voicemail. I am usually up at the crack of noon whether the sun is up or not. thanks...Ron
