Is the o-ring in position? The ring not only helps to mount the collection cup to the skimmer but also creates a seal so water does not leak from the sides of the collection cup.

How long has the skimmer been running for? The water level on the last chamber should never be that high. Is there anything blocking the skimmer output? Try removing the sponges in the output chamber and see if that brings the water level down. Would you be able to snap a picture or video of the skimmer running so we can better troubleshoot the issue?

Thank u for your support. I had to remove the sponge in the returnn chamber than I was able to lower the cup past the hole that goes to the return side. Once I did that the water went to the other side insted of up and out. It had ran good for 3 weeks not set up rite lol but was skimming great, thanks for the help

Water levels are ok, is there a more skookum O-Ring for my skimmer ?

I had two questions, my collection cup has changed its form and will only fit one way and the O-ring has lost its effectiveness? This is causing seepage up between the cup and outer edge around the O-Ring?
My unit is still on warranty , I do not believe either of these should change ? If there is no engineered changes , send me new cup and o-ring. Otherwise please send me a replacement collection cup and o-ring.
