My skimmer has been running perfect for about 7 months now. The other day I noticed it wasn't producing many bubbles so I went to inspect the air line.
While inspecting the air line I dislodged the connection to the pump. I am able to put it back in place but it will dislodge itself after about 30 seconds of turning the skimmer on.
I pulled everything out and cleaned it but it still does not stay connected. I am not sure what happened here. I appreciate any help.

Have you tried cutting a small piece of the airline and then reattaching? It could be that the end of the airline has already given up too much and it won't hold.

Thank you for your reply. It's the disc part that presses into the pump that will not stay in place. The tubing connection is fine.
