I literally just took my ice cap ato out of the box. Installed it, and it is not working correctly. From what i can tell the sensors are working properly, the pump also works but only if i plug it into the power source outlet. If it is in the pump source outlet the pump will not turn on. Instead i get an nonstop alarm. I have been trying for hours to get this to work, disconnecting reconnecting cables, i checked maybe 500 times if the cables are in the proper place and still i get alarm whenever the water level is below the TS sensor. I believe i May have a faulty controller maybe which is weird seeing that this is brand new out the box.

I have submitted a ticket already but i have already trashed the receipt(always comes back to bite me). I will see if i can obtain one from the location it was purchased

Usually the retailer can give you a copy of the receipt.
