We purchased 10 new 280's for our new store, I have 2 units that are inoperable due to the propeller drive shaft being broken. this happened when I was trying to remove the magnetic impeller for cleaning, the thin white shaft that holds the square part is what broke. I tried to purchase two new ones but Ricardo Laso told me to go through support as they are only 1 month old. Please advise ASAP
