Hi, I have this 3k pump for 6 months but when I switched mode the pump stopped running. Pls I need help to fix the problem

I am sorry to hear you are having problems with your pump. Have you tried unplugging and plugging the unit back in to see if that corrects the problem? If not, have you taken the propellers and cages off of the pump to see if anything may be clogging up the propellers? Or is there any damage to the shaft, bushings or propellers?

Yea I tried everything but still propeller not running and there is no clogged or anything in the propellers.

I also try to take out the cages and the propellers and turned on the unit and it was running. But when I put back the propellers in the shaft they running with very very low power. And when I put back the cages again propellers again are not running... thanks
