my skimmer me is making all kinds of noise, between humming and grinding it gets loud and then it gets low and then it gets loud, this goes on all day long, i have a reef octopus nab-200 8 inch internal protein skimmer i bought it 1/9/14 order number 140563 can some one help me on this issue i am very unhappy, and i also forgot my password to login

Have you taken the pump apart and inspected the impeller to see if magnet or shaft are cracked?
