Hello. I just received an icecap 3k gyre and installed it on my 75 gallon planted tank, turned it on at 10% and it looked like a hurricane tearing through the tank. Is this normal for this pump?

The pumps are strong and depending on your landscape and the type of sand you have, they may need to be moved around or throttled back in order to not create a sand storm.
